Westwood hit the convert to make the score 11 to 0 for the Bombers. San Antonio got on the board in the second quarter as Todd Jordan punted into the end zone for a single. Later in the quarter Marcus Gates ran a Robert Cameron punt back 81 yards to score the Texans only touchdown of the game. Kicker Roman Anderson made the convert. Anderson tied the game before half time hitting a 36 yard field goal attempt. San Antonio took their first lead of the game early in the third quarter as Anderson hit his fourteenth field goal of the season. Westwood tied the game making good on a 27 yard attempt later in the third quarter. The Texans took the lead early in the fourth as the kickers dual continued.
